Full Warranty Period (First 5 Years)

During the first five years, we provide a full warranty that covers significant issues such as frame breakage or sponge collapse exceeding 2cm. If you encounter any of these problems, we will replace the affected parts at no cost to you. Please note that shipping costs for both the return and replacement will be your responsibility, but we believe this is a small price to pay for the assurance of quality.

Limited Warranty (6-10 Years)

After the initial five years, our limited warranty takes effect, covering you for an additional five years. During this period, if you need replacement parts, you will only need to pay 50% of the parts cost. We will cover all labor costs associated with the repair or replacement, ensuring that you won’t be left with unexpected expenses.

Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the best warranty possible, it’s important to note that certain damages are not covered. This includes pet bite damage, liquid immersion, and any man-made damage. We encourage you to take care of your furniture to enjoy its benefits fully.

International Claims
